Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash ribs and boil in cold water. Remove in a minut

  2. Step2:Low heat. Proper amount of oil. Add in rock sugar. Stir fry constantly. Turn yellow and bubble up, then pour in ribs and ginger slices. Turn on the high heat and continue to stir fry.
