Step9:Put in the steamer again. Steam for about 15 minutes. Take it out. Continue to press with the spoon. The state is very sticky. The rice grains are not obvious.
Step10:Find your own suitable mold. Put on the plastic wrap. Put in 1 / 3 of the glutinous rice. Press with a spoon. It will be sticky. Dip in a small amount of water to help flatten.
Step11:Then put in the steamed cranberry. It also needs to be compacted. Then put in the remaining half of the glutinous rice. Press it flat in the same way.
Step12:Spread another layer of red kidney bean paste. Smooth.
Step13:Spread the remaining glutinous rice. Press it flat. Cover with plastic wrap and press again.
Step14:Let it cool. Or put it in the refrigerator for a while. Open the plastic wrap and eat it. When cutting, the knife can be dipped in water first.
