Niang tofu is tofu with meat filling, also known as Hakka Niang tofu. It is one of the famous dishes in Hakka area of Guangdong Province. This dish combines the smooth and tender tofu, the fragrance of pork and the delicious mushroom. It is excellent in taste and vision.
Step1:Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the tofu with clear water and control the moisture content. Grind the pork into minced meat with super energy cooking machine. Stir the mushroom
