When I was a child, my family made a braised noodles with carrots instead of beans. The taste of braised noodles with carrots was very attractive. It was sweet, soft and waxy.

Step5:Add minced garlic to carrots and onions. Pour in strips of meat. Add water until carrots are gone
Step6:Sprinkle the noodles evenly on the vegetables and meat. The noodles should be shaken loose. Cover it and simmer for about half an hour. Occasionally, see if the water is dry
Step7:When the water is fast drying, use chopsticks to mix the noodles and vegetables, and then you can get out of the pot to eat two big plates
