1. The side dishes can be potatoes or others; 2. The ingredients can be hot pot ingredients conveniently, but the ingredients are healthier; 3. The necessary ingredients in the front of the ingredients list. The last four can be omitted. You can also add something else as you like.
Step1:The spareribs are boiled in cold water for two or three minutes and then out of the pot.
Step2:Add some more rapeseed oil. Add bean paste, garlic, fennel, coriander leaves and rattan pepper after heating.
Step3:Then add the ribs. Stir fry for a while and then add the potatoes (or other side dishes).
Step4:Add water to cook. For better ripening. In order to add flavor, I added brown sugar (white sugar is OK), chili oil, braised soy sauce, oil consumption and rattan pepper oil. The latter four are not necessary. They are used to add color, spice and salt.
Step5:If the water is not boiled quickly, turn off the fire when it becomes thick juice.
Step6:Sprinkle some shallots in the pot. Delicious.
