I brought a lot of Perilla from my friend's house. The leaves I just picked are very tender and fragrant. I can't eat them all at once. I marinate them. I can eat them in a week.
Step1:Wash and control the water content of the leaves.
Step2:Prepare the raw materials. Cut the garlic, shallot, onion and fresh red pepper (there is no one at home, just fill them with one dry pepper). Cut into large pieces.
Step3:Put the four ingredients into a mixing cup. Add 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce.
Step4:Mix to make mud.
Step5:Pour the puree into a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of chili noodles, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Mix well.
Step6:Put on disposable gloves. Apply a layer of pickle evenly on the front and back of the perilla leaves. Don't worry about it at this time. Spread it evenly one by one.
Step7:Wash the container. Scald it with boiling water and cool it. Stack the perilla leaves one by one. Marinate them for a week and then they will be edible.
