Many children are short of iron. This dish is not spicy. It's a good iron supplement.
Step1:Slice pork liver. Add cooking wine and starch. Marinate for 15 minutes. Onion, ginger, garlic and chili are ready to use.
Step2:Put the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is right, put the pork liver and stir fry for about one minute. Start the pot.
Step3:Add onion, ginger, garlic, sweet pepper and chilli in the pot. Stir fry for one minute. Pour in the fried pork liver. Put in some salt and soy sauce. Start the pot in half a minute.
