Usually it's braised pork, potatoes and soybeans. Today I don't want to add them. I just add quail eggs. The results are delicious. Quail eggs are more q-shaped. They taste like brine eggs.

Step7:Stir evenl
Step8:Stir fry the seasoning in the po
Step9:Add water. Put a spoonful of watercress. I don't like bean curd with a lot of chilli shells. So use a spoon to boil the taste and then pour the shells out. Continue to put salt and chicken essence. (it's not enough to taste the salt at this time. The salt should be lighter, because the water will be saltier when it's dried.)
Step10:Simmer for half an hour, add quail eggs and continue to simmer.
Step11:Stew until the stewed meat is soft, and then you can harvest the juice.
Step12:Get up. This dish is ready.
Cooking tips:If you think it's too hard to stir fry sugar, you can replace the coloring with the soy sauce. If you think the stewing time is too long, you can also choose to stew in a pressure cooker. About 15 minutes should be enough. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
