Step1:Thaw the Australian beef brisket bought from the bean and Fruit Specialty at room temperature.
Step2:The cold water has not passed the brisket. Add some ginger slices and a spoon of cooking wine, and then blanch the brisket.
Step3:Blanch the brisket and wash it in warm water. Strain to dry.
Step4:Sliced onion, sliced tomato, sliced ginger and diced garlic.
