This is a series of Mid Autumn Festival. The steps are explained in detail. It's not hard. Just be patient.

Step11:Use the sugar turning tool to press out the shape as shown in the figure. Then use the knife to cut off the extra part. It's the body of the crouching rabbit
Step12:Put some water on the moon. The shape is as shown in the picture. And make a good tail
Step13:Use the blue dough to rub it into a 13cm long strip. Gently flatten it to make a jade rabbit ribbon.
Step14:Use 10g dough to make rabbit's head. Ears are also the 1 way of the rabbit before. Instead of big red, then do eye blush, nose and mouth in turn
Step15:[method of moon cake bun] wrap 30g white dough with 15g stuffing after it is round. Finish perfectly
Step16:Use the mooncake mold to press the dough. Don't use too much forc
Step17:The lace around the pressed mooncake is not obvious. Use the scraper to process it again. Press it in with force
Step18:It's just like this after being processed with a scraper. It's very obvious. Only in this way can there be lace of moon cake after being steamed out
Step19:Green dough rolled into thin strips to make vines. Leave
Step20:Red, purple, blue, yellow and pink can be glued by pressing out small flowers with mould. There is no technical content
Step21:Room temperature: 28 ℃. Fermentation for 30min. It varies from person to person. Put on the pot in cold water. After boiling in high heat, turn to medium heat. 15min. Turn off the heat. Simmer for 2min and open the lid
