Yinmizi is made of glutinous rice, washed, boiled, cooled, dispersed with rapeseed oil and dried in the sun. The finished product can be sealed and stored in jars for many years. Take it out and stir fry it in oil. Add water to make it swell. Add salt or sugar, eggs or bacon according to your taste. It will be a delicious Yin rice porridge. This kind of food is a traditional delicacy for Bashu people to entertain their guests on New Year's day.
Step1:Yin rice bought in the market, as shown in the picture.
Step2:Hot oil in the pot. Not less oil. But not too much for the sake of not being greasy.
Step3:Stir fry the rice. Attention - add enough at the beginning. Otherwise, the added ones will not bubble.
Step4:Then turn off the heat and stir fry until it's yellowish.
Step5:Add water, eggs and sugar.
