Kori bread originated in Brittany, France, Now it's widely known. Our most common is Banji. It can be made of buckwheat flour. It can be either salty or sweet. Cooking tips:These batters are baked in a 20cm pan with 20 pieces of kori cake. The size can be determined by the size of the pan. Be sure to use a non stick pan. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
