There are two ways to eat a carp. One is spicy and the other is homely. The precondition is that the carp is bigger. I stewed this one with seven or eight Jin. It's very simple.
Step1:Clean carp and remove scales. Change knife.
Step2:Cut the onion and ginger. Cut the garlic in half.
Step3:Hot pot cold oil (more oil, about 400ml.) put it in the pan with garlic and ginger.
Step4:Add carp. Turn it on a small fire. Turn it over. Fry it for a while.
Step5:Add shredded green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, 1.5 sesame powder, add water and bring to a boil. Turn to a small heat and simmer slowly.
Step6:Prepare another pot. Divide half the fish and a small part of the soup. Add the spicy seasoning (the spicy degree should be controlled by yourself). Add more water than the fish. Boil the seasoning over high heat. Stew slowly over low heat.
Step7:Stew for more than an hour. Collect the juice on the high fire. Pay attention not to paste the pot. Install the plate.
