Step1:I use Singapore's Yum chef curry sauce. You can use your favorite curry.
Step2:Cut the beef. Take a bag of curry sauce. Mix in the beef. Marinate for about 30 minutes
Step3:Hot pot, cold oil, medium heat. Stir fry the beef with curry sauce in the pot for about 9 minutes. Stir to produce red oil
Step4:Add water. You don't need beef (if you use coconut milk, you don't need water
Step5:Add half a bag of coconut powder (this coconut powder is prepared by Yum! Chef's Curry Sauce bag). Add in coconut powder and it will be a little bit grainy. Don't worry. Just boil it. If coconut milk is used, add 1 can of coconut milk. If the coconut milk cannot cover the beef, add water until the beef is not covere
Step6:Boil over high heat. Then turn off the heat to medium heat. Cover the pot and leave a seam. Cook for about 1 hour. Stir it to avoid sticking.
