Step7:Turn the pan around every 10 minutes before and after you close the lid. Turn off the heat about 2 or 3 minutes or if you smell a little burnt. Don't open the lid. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step8:Sprinkle with cilantro and green onion and it's done.

Cooking tips:1. Do not put too much water. You can add a little bit later if you have less water. If you have too much water, the rice will be soft and not chewy. 2. Pour it in the middle if you smoke raw. Otherwise, the pot will turn black. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
