Besides rice and seaweed, it's OK to have one or two less of the above ingredients. If you buy Japanese Bigen, you'd better buy a whole one that hasn't been cut. Don't buy one that has been cut. It's not so good in taste. And it feels like a lot of pigment has been added. If you don't have many bags, you can't use them all. I make at least three jin of rice at a time, so there won't be a lot left. You can also cut it according to your own needs Corresponding amount. The rest will be soaked with its original water and put in the refrigerator. Eat it as soon as possible and don't put it out of order.
Step7:First, put laver on the sushi curtain. Laver has a smooth side and a rough side. The coarse side faces up

Step14:The knife must be sharp and easy to cut. Put some water on it to prevent sticking. Cut it into proper size according to your preference
