A bowl of sweet jade and soft glutinous porridge is the best expression of my heart.
Step1:Clean the rice. Marinate it with cooking oil and a little salt for 1015 minutes. This way, the rice oil is easy to come out when cooking. Boil water in a griddle (about three or four bowls of water. Add three bowls if you like it thicker). After boiling, pour in the rice. Turn to a slow fire when the fire is over.
Step2:Simmer slowly. Remember to stir it every few minutes to prevent the paste. In the process of stewing, we can prepare accessories. Wash pork and cut into shreds. Then wash the preserved egg, onion and ginger. Peel the ginger.
Step3:Dice the preserved egg. Shred the onion and ginger. I don't like ginger. So I cut the ginger into pieces.
Step4:Add oil, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to pork and marinate for 57 minutes.
Step5:After 20 minutes of slow stew (if you can't make sure, you can taste whether the rice is cooked or not), add pork, preserved egg, chopped green onion and ginger into the pot. Then stew for 10 minutes, and you will be out of the pot.
Step6:When you are out of the pot, sprinkle with scallion and water with a few drops of sesame oil. It tastes better.
Cooking tips:I personally like the rice that is harder. So the cooking time is short. Like the friend who rice is softer. Can let rice cook for a while and then add accessories. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
