Step1:Soak red kidney beans in water half a day in advance. Strain out the water from the bowl.
Step2:Put water in a pressure cooker. Pour in red kidney beans. Heat and press for 1520 minutes.

Step5:When the tomatoes are slightly soft, pour in the red beans and stir fry. Then add some water. Bake for about 5 minutes. Finally, add some salt and sugar. Thicken with starch and serve.
