Step1:Cut ginger, garlic and scallion into pieces.

Step3:Fry the ribs until they are golden and drain.
Step4:Stir fry garlic slices, ginger slices and thirteen spices in the bottom oil of the pot to make it fragrant. Add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, stir fry over a small heat until it is thick, add ribs and turn them into color. Pour in boiling water (not more than ribs). Bring to a boil over a large heat, turn a small heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Put the juice out of the pan over a large heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
