Add red wine again (don't add about 50ml left) and a little soup to cover the beef brisket. Boil it over high heat. Change the heat to cover and stew
Step3:Simmer for an hour and a half on a low heat. Add carrots. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Add the remaining red wine to improve the aroma. Season with salt until the juice is collected
