My friend brought us a huge watermelon when he came home for the new year. It's super sweet and delicious. But mom's stomach is cold. Poor can't eat it. So make a watermelon bread. Let mom pretend to eat watermelon. Ha ha. It's the first time to try. It's just to play a creative game~
Step1:Put milk, eggs, salt and sugar in the barrel of the toaster.

Step6:Take another 20% of the dough and mix it with Matcha powder in the same way to form a green dough. There must be less water. I've added too much water as shown in the figure. I added some water in the middle
Step7:Add 10% of the dough and cocoa powder to make a brown dough. Because the weight is very small, so hand rub. The remaining 20% white dough is smooth with a little water.
Step8:Four color dough is covered separately for basic fermentation.
Step9:Take two big bowls and cover them with tin foil.
Step10:Dough fermented to One point five ~Double the size. Squash the red dough. Wrap in the dried blueberries soaked in rum.
Step11:White dough is round. Wrap it in red dough.
Step12:Roll the brown dough into strips. Press on the green dough as shown in the picture.
Step13:Turn over the green dough. Wrap the white dough.
Step14:Package as shown in the figure.
Step15:Put the dough in the big bowl.
Step16:Put it into the oven for secondary fermentation. Send it as shown in the figure. Turn the oven to 170 ℃ and bake for about 20 minutes.
Step17:Take it out. Pour the tin paper into another large bowl. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. (tin paper can prevent the surface from being too dark
Step18:The finished product ~ because it's a bit big and the porcelain bowl I use is very thick. It's a bit hard to pass the test. I found it was a little wet when I cut it. So I cut it and baked it for a while.
