Cooking Steps

   Step1:Each orange is rubbed with fine salt.

   Step2:When rubbing, there will be fragrance constantly coming out. This is because the oil cells on the orange skin are broken. It can not only relieve the pungency of the orange skin, but also remove the pesticide residues on the skin.

   Step3:Rinse the orange with running water. Then soak it for 2 hours. Change the water several times during this period. This orange peel has little bitterness. It tastes good.

   Step4:Peel off the orange peel and cut into fine threads.

   Step5:Prepare white sugar that weighs less than half the weight of orange peel. Put it in a small boiler. Put water in it and cover the sugar slightly. [I use 100 grams of fresh orange peel. 50g white sugar.

   Step6:After the white sugar is boiled, put the orange peel in. Cook slowly on a low heat. Until the white sugar sticks to the orange peel. Use chopsticks to clamp it out and feel it doesn't stick. Turn off the fire again.

7. 

   Step7:Finally, the hot orange peel is evenly covered on the plate sprinkled with some sugar. After it is cold, put it into the jar and seal it.
