Looking into its historical origins, the earliest dessert in northwest Italy called zuppadel Duca or zuppainglese can be traced back to the 17th century. But the real tiramisu did not appear in the northwest of Venice until the 1960s. Local people use mascarponecheese as the main material, and then finger biscuits
Step1:Materials: 250g mascarpone, a bag of finger Biscuits (I only used 8 pieces), 2 yolks, 75g sugar, 75ml water, 150ml light cream, 15g Gillette powder, 50ml coffee wine, proper amount of cocoa powde
Step2:Beat the yolk until slightly white
Step3:Add 75ml of water to 75g of sugar, stir well, and turn off the fire when heated to boiling
Step4:Pour in the yolk at the same time. At the same time, don't stop using the beater to stir until the temperature is cool. Then put it in the refrigerator for cold storage
Step5:Beat mascarpone, which has been softened at room temperature
Step6:. pour 15g of gilding powder into 15ml of cold water to fully soak the hair. Then put it in the microwave for 1 minute at high heat to form a transparent gilding liquid
Step7:Whisk 150ml light cream. Mix with egg yolk paste, mascarpone and gilding liquid. Mix well and set aside
Step8:Pour coffee wine on the plate. Dip both sides of finger biscuits with coffee wine
Step9:Stack the finger biscuits with good wine neatly at the bottom of the mold
Step10:Pour in half of mascarpone paste. Use a spatula to flatten a little block
Step11:Spread a layer of finger biscuits stained with coffee wine
Step12:Then pour the rest of mascarpone paste into it, scrape it flat, and then pour it a few times to make the surface smooth
Step13:Cover. Refrigerate for 45 hours
Step14:Take it out and sift the cocoa powder on the surface.
Cooking tips:The authentic tiramisu should be made of square glassware. But the glass bowl is only round in our family. So I use a plastic lunch box. It's OK to look at it. Anyway, I don't pay much attention to my own food. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
