Step4:Add a tablespoon miso sauce, stir fry slightly, add some boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes, then add tofu and cook together
Step5:Add bean sprouts and cook together
Step6:Mix in a little salt and chicken essence
Step7:Put shredded seaweed and cilantro powder or scallion into the pot.
Cooking tips:1. In addition to bean sprouts, mushroom and other vegetables, you can also add onion shreds to increase or decrease vegetables according to your own taste. For example, if you don't like coriander, you can leave it alone and put onion instead; 2. Miso itself has a strong flavor. Therefore, the salt and chicken essence used for seasoning only need to be put a little bit; 3. Because kelp is difficult to cook, you'd better cook it first, and it can clean kelp better. 4. If you don't like the taste of miso, the same material and sauce can be changed into Korean soy sauce or ordinary soya bean sauce. It also has special flavor.
