Step1:Wash chicken gizzards. Slice them. Cut onions into pieces. Cut off the garlic.
Step2:Put the oil in the wok. When 70% hot, add the onion, garlic and ginger. Then add the chicken gizzard and stir fry until it's white.
Step3:Heat the oil in the wok. Stir fry the onion and garlic until they are broken.
Step4:Stir fry chicken gizzards. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt.
Step5:When out of the pot, add cumin powder and cumin granules and stir well.
