Step7:Pour the water in the saucer into a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce, half tbsp cornflour and 1 tbsp water to make the sauce. Pour into the pan and boil. Pour over the loofah while it is hot.
Cooking tips:According to experience sharing-1-the time of steaming loofah is very important. The time is too short. The loofah is not ripe. The time is too long. The loofah will collapse. 2-dried shrimps and scallops are salty. There is no need to put salt or soy sauce in the filling. Just make a sauce with oyster sauce and pour it on. If there is no oyster sauce, you can also make the sauce with raw sauce and a little sugar; 3-spread a layer of raw powder on the cut surface of Luffa so that the filling can stick on it. A thin layer is good; there are skills in making delicious dishes.
