Step1:Remove the fingernails from the chicken feet. Chop them into two. Split the toe piece from the middle.
Step2:Blanch for a while. Rinse. Add water. Pepper. Star anise. Ginger and boil for 10 minutes. If you like the soft and rotten taste, you can cook it for a while.
