Step1:The dough was kneaded to the expansion stage by the post oil method. I kneaded it with a toaster.
Step2:Ferment the dough to 2.5 times the size.

Step4:The relaxed dough is flattened and rolled into a rectangle.
Step5:Put some bean paste on it. Roll it up.
Step6:Arrange the dough on a greased baking tray.
Step7:The dough is fermented to 2.5 times of its size. Use a sharp knife to dip water on the surface of the dough and make four oblique strokes. Spray water on the surface.
Step8:Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. The middle layer is about 18 minutes.
