Step1:Wash the meat. Put some water, ginger and scallion in the pot. Boil the meat for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
Step2:Cut the meat into large slices about 4cm wide.
Step3:Dice the Douban, Douchi, green garlic and green red pepper.
Step4:In the pot, leave the meat slices in tea oil and stir fry slightly. Add the Douban sauce, Douchi, sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce and sugar into the meat slices.
Step5:Stir fry the green garlic and green red pepper for two minutes.
