Step1:Wash the fresh fish skin and cut into 5 cm long filaments for use.
Step2:Wash the chrysanthemum, millet pepper, shallot and coriander. Cut them into pieces for use.
Step3:Put boiling water in the pot. Blanch the fish skin in high heat for 40 seconds. Take it out and immediately cool it with cold water
Step4:Mix coriander, shallot, garlic, white vinegar, salt, chicken essence, zanthoxylum oil, sesame oil, ginger juice, and soy sauce into juice. Mix well with chrysanthemum, fish skin and millet pepper, and refrigerate in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
