Leek box, originated in Northeast China, is a pasta snack. I don't know if everyone in the North likes to eat pie. Or if everyone who likes to eat pie likes to eat leek pie. Step1:Add flour to hot water (about 80 ℃). Knead into dough. Cover with wet cloth and wake up for 20 minutes.
Step2:Knead the wake-up dough and divide it into small dosage forms. Take a kneading circle, press it flat and roll it into a circle. Use a small bowl to buckle it upside down and cut out the circle.
Step3:Break up the two eggs and spread them in the oil pan.
Step4:Wash and chop leek. Wash and drain 1 spoon of shrimp skin. Cut egg cake into pieces.
Step5:Shred leek, shrimp skin and egg into the container. Mix in salt, sugar, soy sauce and salad oil and mix well.
Step6:Put a spoon of mixed leek and egg stuffing on one side of the dough.
Step7:Fold it in half. Press the edge tightly. Then fold the lace on the edge by hand.
