It is relatively warm. As long as the temperature is above 20, it can ferment well for 2 hours. There are two standards to check whether the dough is well fermented, i.e. 1-the volume is doubled. 2. Open the dough and you can see that it has become a honeycomb. As long as these two standards are met, it can be proved that the fermentation has been finished. No matter how long it takes, do not continue to ferment. Fermented dough will sour. The dough didn't ferment successfully. There are about the following reasons - the first one is no yeast powder or the yeast powder is less. The second fermentation time is not enough. If the temperature is above 25 ℃ for 3 hours and the fermentation is not good, it is most likely that there is less yeast powder, or the pro forgets not to put yeast powder. Generally, the yeast powder with the proportion of - 23g can produce 12kg flour. Adjust the proportion of yeast powder according to the actual weight. If the ratio of yeast to water and flour is correct and the temperature is relatively low, the dough may not be fermented well. Then continue to ferment. Until the dough has increased in volume and honeycomb inside. It's not recommended to put more yeast powder. Although it's fast, it's not good for steamed bread.
Step5:First, sprinkle some dry flour on the panel and dip some dry flour on the hands. Then take out the dough from the basin and put it on the panel. This will not cause the dough to stick to the panel and hands.

Cooking tips:This method is suitable for steamed bread, flower rolls, steamed bun skin and other pasta foods. The flour used for steamed bread can be general flour, whole wheat flour, high gluten flour, etc. Low gluten flour is not suitable for making steamed bread. If you want to make whole wheat bread, you can use this method to make whole wheat bread after mixing the whole wheat flour - General flour 1-1. If you are not afraid of the taste of whole wheat flour, you can directly make whole wheat flour as bread. If you want to make all kinds of steamed bread, you can mix the ratio of grains and flour - General flour 1-3. Use this method. It's not easy to get rid of miscellaneous grains and flour such as black rice flour and buckwheat flour. Don't put too much. The success rate is higher in the range of 1-3.
