Human tissue is made up of cells and collagen fibers. If the human body lacks collagen fiber, it is prone to cancer, visceral ptosis, hemorrhoids, hernia, hyperosteogeny or arthritis. There are a lot of collagen fibers in tendon, so tendon is an important way for human to supplement collagen fibers. Tendons are the purest food.
Step1:After the beef tendon is bought back, wash and chop large pieces. Add water and stew ginger slices for 34 hours (skim off a small amount of floating powder in the middle). Remove and drain. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Step2:The remaining beef tendon soup is a delicious nourishing soup.
Step3:Heat up the oil pan. Stir in the ginger slices, garlic cloves and dried chilli. Pour in the beef tendon and stir well.
Step4:Add 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, half of old soy sauce and half of sugar, stir fry and color. Add some water. Stew with salt for a while. Collect the dry juice.
Step5:The beef tendon soup will freeze when it is put into the refrigerator.
Cooking tips:No seasoning. No smell. There is very little floating when stewing. Beef tendon is really a very clean food. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
