Step1:Practice - 1. Soak, wash and drain the glutinous rice one day in advance. Pour in white sugar, mix well; 2 wash lotus root without peeling; 3 cut it 2cm from the top; 4 fill in glutinous rice with chopsticks; 5 fix the lid with toothpick; 6 put lotus root into pressure cooker, pour in sugar and brown sugar; 7 pour in water, steam under pressure for 25 minutes. Cool it and slice. Pour in Osmanthus sugar.
Cooking tips:This dessert is more refreshing after being frozen in summer. I think it will be healthier if the sweetness is a little lighter, and the taste will be fresher and delicious.
