Step1:Slice the Coprinus mushrooms and wrap in the flour. Fry until golden.
Step2:Stir fry ginger slices in a clean pan without oil. Remove the moisture.
Step3:Stir fry ginger slices in sesame oil until they are brown on the edge. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the Coprinus and other accessories and stir well.
Step4:Add about four tablespoons of water. Simmer for one minute. Then open the lid and tighten the soup. Sprinkle with scallion and make a pot. It's absolutely vegetarian and delicious.
