Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut beef (preferably Beef Brisket with some fat) into large pieces of about 5cm. Put them in the pot, add water and scallion to boil. After 5min, turn off the heat and rinse with hot wate

  7. Step7:Taro (or radish) peeled and cut into pieces. If radish is used, boil it with water for 10 minutes and remove it

  8. Step8:Put it in the beef pot and simmer for about 15 minutes until taro (radish) is tender and tasty.
