Step1:Cut beef (preferably Beef Brisket with some fat) into large pieces of about 5cm. Put them in the pot, add water and scallion to boil. After 5min, turn off the heat and rinse with hot wate

Step5:Stir fry well and add 3 cups of hot water. The water level is about 34cm higher than beef
Step6:Turn to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours after boiling, until you can easily puncture the beef with chopsticks
Step7:Taro (or radish) peeled and cut into pieces. If radish is used, boil it with water for 10 minutes and remove it
Step8:Put it in the beef pot and simmer for about 15 minutes until taro (radish) is tender and tasty.
