Step1:Cut the onion into 2-finger-wide sections, crush the garlic, and cut the ginger into thick threads.
Step2:Clean the sea crab. Remove the navel. Cut each one into four pieces. Remove the gills and stomach.
Step3:Dip each crab section with dry starch.
