Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Clean pig's hooves and chop them into small pieces. Peel and cut lotus root.

  2. Step2:Boil a pot of boiling water. Add a few pieces of ginger and cooking wine. Put pig's hooves into the boiling water. Then remove the water and drain it after cleaning.
