Sour cowpeas are made according to the method of fast cowpeas. I like this way very much. I only make one bottle at a time. After eating, I can make it again. My family won't get tired of it. Don't worry too much. It's too sour. (*^__ ^*) hee hee
Step1:Basic ingredients. It's all diced. It doesn't test the craftsmanship.
Step2:In the oil pan, slide in the shallots, ginger and garlic (half) at a time, stir fry the dried peppers. Diced chicken breast. Pour in cooking wine and stir fry for a few minutes.
Step3:Pour in the sour cowpea and stir fry. Stew for three or four minutes.
Step4:Then turn off the fire. Put in the remaining garlic chips. Add seasoning according to your taste.

Cooking tips:Chicken breast can be marinated with seasoning in advance. Add a small amount of starch. It tastes better. I don't like garlic. I can put it in the pot with scallion, ginger and dried pepper. It doesn't need to be divided twice. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
