This is the so-called three cup chicken that I made from local materials. It's not bad.
Step1:Wash and cut chicken leg. Blanch. Drain the water.
Step2:Oil in the pot. Stir fry garlic and ginger. Add in chicken pieces and stir fry. Stir fry the chicken until the surface is a little yellow, then add wine, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt.
Step3:Stir evenly. Cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then collect the juice on the fire. Sprinkle with coriander after cooking.
