Cooking tips:Try to mash the ginger. Squeeze out all the juice. I mashed it twice. For the first time, because the ginger is too much, it can't be mashed very well. The juice is little. Pour it back into the garlic mortar and then squeeze it again. The juice is almost all squeezed out. If you don't want to divide the finished product into small cups, put the milk into ginger juice and leave it still. I found out the reason. One is that there is less ginger juice. The other is that it has something to do with milk brand. In the same proportion, I failed to pack pure milk in Erie box. It is suggested that you use the pure milk from the local market.
