This muffin is sweet, waxy and soft when it's hot. It's more tenacious and fragrant when it's cold. It's suitable for the elderly and children. -
Step1:Prepare the materials.
Step2:Mix glutinous rice flour, glutinous rice flour and fine sugar, then slowly add milk and knead while adding (do not add milk once, it will affect the taste of muffin).
Step3:It can be easily squeezed into a ball, but it can be spread when touched. Let stand for about an hour.
Step4:Divide the standing powder into two parts. Add the purple potato powder into one part and knead evenly.
Step5:Separate screening.

Step8:Sift another layer of purple sweet potato and muffin powder.
Step9:Finally, sift a thin layer of white muffin powder. Then sift out the pattern with purple sweet potato muffin powder.
Step10:Heat up the steamer and steam for about 40 minutes.
Step11:Soft waxy and sweet.
Cooking tips:1. Wrap it with plastic wrap when steaming, or it will be potholed by water drops like mine. 2. The time of steaming depends on the mold and size. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
