Cheese cake can be divided into heavy cheese, light cheese and other types according to the amount of cheese. This one is better than my improved cake. It should be a low calorie yogurt cake with cheese taste.
Step1:Crush the Oreo biscuits. Stir with milk until they can be pressed together without touching the spoon. Pour into a 6-inch mold and press tightly. Refrigerate.

Step9:Pour in the cheese paste. Cover the bottom of the mold with tin paper. Put enough water in the baking tray. It is better if the water is less than half of the mold. Put the cake paste in. Preheat the oven at 150160 degrees. Put in the cake paste. Bake for 50 minutes and take out.
Step10:Tear off the tin paper. Let it cool naturally and refrigerate for more than 4 hours.

Cooking tips:1. The Oreo bottom can be replaced by digestive biscuit or oatmeal bottom. 2. Qifeng cake can be added or not. It depends on your taste. 3. If you like vanilla flavor, you can mix 5g vanilla powder with 20g corn starch. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
