Step1:Wash ribs. Blanch in boiling water twice. Rinse with cold water. Drain.

Cooking tips:1. Ribs are oily. It doesn't need a lot of oil to fry them. 2. Pepper can remove the fishy smell. If not, it doesn't matter. 3. Flavoring. Icing sugar is a personal hobby. Those who don't like it don't need to add it. 4. Waste water from soup making. The water is not enough to drink. At the initial stage, more water must be added. Never add water on the way.
