Step1:Slice pork liver. Slice as thin as possible.
Step2:Put the sliced pig liver slices into cold water and wash them repeatedly for two or three times. Soak them for another hour or two. It will help to expel the toxin in the pig liver.
Step3:Marinate the pork liver slices with cooking wine, onion and ginger for about 15 minutes.
Step4:Chop garlic. Slice ginger.
Step5:Wash and slice the cucumber.
Step6:Put more oil in the frying pan. When the oil is hot, pour in half ginger slices and garlic powder. Stir and stir until fragrant.

Step8:Add soy sauce and salt and stir fry.
