Step10:Heat the oil over medium heat again. Pour the fried meat into the pot again. Fry for about half a minute.
Step11:Fry until golden.
Step12:Put some oil into another pot. Heat and stir fry pepper and space pepper until they are seven ripe.
Step13:Put in the pineapple. Stir fry for a while. Turn off the heat and let it out.
Step14:Prepare the sweet and sour sauce. Tomato sauce. White vinegar. Sugar. A small amount of water starch.
Step15:Start again. Pour half a bowl of water and ketchup into the pot. Bring to a boil. If you like ketchup, you can put more.
Step16:Medium and small fires burn until they are thick. Pour in white sugar, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Be sure to taste the soup. The taste should be heavier. Because you need to put pepper and crispy meat in it. Otherwise, the dish will be tasteless.
Step17:Pour in the right amount of water starch. About 1 / 4 of a small bowl.
Step18:Stir until the soup is thick. It can hang.
Step19:Pour in the fried crispy meat. Stir well.
Step20:Pour in the fried pepper and pineapple.
Step21:Stir evenly, then turn off the heat and leave the pot.
Step22:The finished product is as shown in the picture. Rice is perfect.
