Step1:Cut pork tenderloin into 0.2cm thick slices. Pat the slices with the back of the knife. Put some salt and cooking wine into the slices and marinate them to taste.
Step2:Use potato starch to make a thick starch paste. Wrap the meat slices in the starch paste.
Step3:Medium heat fry the meat slices. When they are done, take them out. The second big fire. Just fry the meat slices. The time can't be too long.
Step4:Shred onion, ginger and carrot. Foam garlic and coriander. Mix in vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and cooking wine to make juice.
