This noodle is very simple, but it tastes great. Every time I make this noodle, my children eat a big bowl full of it. The little face is dirty. It's super satisfying.
Step1:Clean the shallot, cut it into sections and reserve it.
Step2:Wash the shrimps. Remove the shrimps. Set aside.
Step3:Wash the cucumber. Cut it into small sections. Set aside.
Step4:Prepare seasoning water - in a clean bowl. Pour in the soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, salt and white pepper. Mix well. Set aside.

Step7:Another pot. Boil the water, pour in the noodles and cook. It will be cooked in about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the fire.
Step8:Put the cooked noodles into a large bowl. Add the cut cucumber and shrimp and onion juice. Stir well.
Step9:Finally, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface, and you can eat them.
