Braised pork ribs with vermicelli is a northern dish. I have lived in the south for 20 years. I still like my hometown dishes. -
Step1:Prepare the ingredients.
Step2:Rinse the strips. Soak in cold water.
Step3:Wash the ribs with warm water. Soak the blood out with cold water.

Step13:Add in the lollipop. Cover and stew the ribs.
Step14:Add salt to the crispy ribs according to your taste.
Step15:Then add the soft noodles. Stew the noodles with small and medium torches.
Step16:When the vermicelli is cooked, heat it to collect the soup. Don't dry all the soup. Some of the soup is delicious.
Step17:Serve and dish. Sprinkle with scallion.
Step18:A few red peppers.
Step19:The vermicelli absorbs the taste of spareribs. It's very delicious.
