Step1:1. Make pickles ① clean vegetables and drain water. Tear cabbage and cabbage into slices. Slice carrot and cucumbe
Step2:② pickle juice salt 2.5G, sugar 10g, white vinegar 80g, dry pepper 2, prickly ash 2G, ginger 2G all mixed evenly.
